Mozart: Piano Quartet in G-minor

With Brunilda Myftaraj - violin, Ina June - piano, Jonathan Kane - viola, Camden Archambeau - Cello. Mozart’s Piano Quartet in G minor stands at the birth of an entirely new chamber‑music genre. Composed in 1876, Fauré’s Violin Sonata in A major marked his arrival as a mature voice in French chamber music.

Jonathan Kane, (composer‑in‑residence) — “Convergence” for string quartet, Johannes Brahms — Clarinet Quintet, op. 115, Maurice Ravel — String Quartet, Charter Oak String Quartet (Sylveen, Myftaraj, Kane, Sears) with Clarinetist Jonatan Towney. Jonathan Towne won the Artist’s International Competition in New York City as the clarinetist in the Kammer Woodwind Quintet.
