“Vissi d’Arte” with Jurate Svedaite

“Visi d’Arte (Everything for Art),” is a tribute to the legendary Maria Callas to commemorate the 100th anniversary of her birth. Soprano Jurate Svediate does not portray La Divina but recalls her sentiments on the craft of singing, the art of performance, love, and relationships, intertwined with performance of some of her emblematic arias. As Jurate breathes life into Callas’ own words, she’ll be accompanied by members of the CT Virtuosi, creating a magical evening of reverence and remembrance.
